We aim to ship every order received the next working day. 

However in busy periods we will be shipping on the Tuesday and Thursday of every week 




If you have ordered from Bankside cult and find that the item you have ordered is too big or small, Then we will happily change it over for you, all we ask is the product/garment must be unused and not washed. We ask that all labels (if they came applied) are still attached and in good condition.

Faulty garments/products

If you find that the product is faulty (it happens from time to time) then we will ask you for a picture of the garment or product as proof. Once discussed with yourselves we will then rectify the problem. Please note that all products are examined before they leave the Bankside cult Den.

Posting the returns

Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, signed for service, ensuring your items are well packaged, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘Returned Goods’, to avoid any customs charges.

Bankside cult Ltd is not responsible for any return custom charges made.
